  • Inputs from new experiments merged into architecture document
  • Architecture review as a team
  • Implementation, wherever relevant, for experiments started
  • QA (or CM) plan first draft to be done by 25-Mar-06
  • Support tools (initial requirements) to be identified by 25-Mar-06

Week 4 (26-Mar-07 to 1-Apr-07)

  • Update architectural documents and send to mentors for review
  • QA (or CM) plan reviewed and completed
  • Prototype code should be automatically built on server

  • 30-Mar-07 - Prototype #3 delivery (as per SOW)
  • 1-Apr-07 - Reflections for Iteration 5 to be updated on Wiki for all the proposals

Week 1 (2-Apr-07 to 8-Apr-07)

  • 4-Apr-07 - First architecture draft sent to mentors and internally for review
  • 6-Apr-07 - Get review comments and update architecture document
  • 6-Apr-07 - QA plan draft complete. To be sent to review to mentors and team members (will follow doc process outlined in QA plan)
  • 8-Apr-07 - New experiments use case diagram and architecture diagram should be ready
  • Status at the end of the week[7]

Week 2 (9-Apr-07 to 15-Apr-07)

  • 9 through 13-Apr-07 - Incorporate review comments in architecture document. Consolidate experiment information as and when data arrives
  • 11-Apr-07 - CM plan first draft ready. To be sent for review to mentors and team members
  • 13-Apr-07 - Start work on Verification and Validation matrix (wasnt done)
  • 13-Apr-07 - New experiments completed so that all inputs can be reflected in architecture doc in time for ATAM
  • 13-Apr-07 - SRS draft updated with client comments and further inputs and sent to client for review (wasnt done, moved to 20th Apr)
  • 13-Apr-07 - QA plan review comments to be complete (wasnt done, moved to ??)
  • 13-Apr-07 - JBoss training session

Week 3 (16-Apr-07 to 22-Apr-07)

  • 16-Apr-07 - Verification and Validation matrix sent to team members and mentors for review (wasnt done)
  • 16-Apr-07 - ATAM with Arch expert (Felix)
  • 18-Apr-07 - Arch. doc sent to client for review (after mentor review and ATAM)
  • 19-Apr-07 - ATAM with Arch expert (Tony)
  • 20-Apr-07 - SRS draft updated with client comments and further inputs and sent to client for review
  • 20-Apr-07 - QA plan review comments to be complete
  • Status at the end of the week[8]

Week 4 (23-Apr-07 to 29-Apr-07)

  • 23-Apr-07 - EOSP draft
  • 28-Apr-07 - Estimations complete and conduct Wideband Delphi for estimates
  • 27-Apr-07 - QA plan updated and sent to mentors for review
  • 27-Apr-07 - Traceability matrix between requirements and architecture will be available
  • 29-Apr-07 - CM plan first draft sent to internal reviewers for review
  • 29-Apr-07 - Complete 3 open experiments and close them
  • 23 thru 29 Apr 07- Fill architecture doc with information
  • Status at the end of the week[9]

Week 5 (30-Apr-07 to 6-May-07)

  • 30-Apr-07 - SRS to be submitted to client for signature
  • 4-May-07 - EOSP Dry run with Linda
  • 4-May-07 - Prototype #4 delivery
  • 4-May-07 - SRS
  • 4-May-07 - Architecture and other supporting documents, if relevant
  • 6-May-07 - Reflections to be updated on the wiki

  • 7-May-07 - EOSP dry run with mentors
